Creator of the Law of Achieved™ & Mynifest®

Before there was a methodology, there was a lifetime of experience.

Jay Agudo's path to creating the Law of Achieved™ was shaped by humble beginnings, family responsibility, decades of corporate project management, coaching, and a persistent fascination with one question:

“What does it actually take to move from wanting something to achieving it?”

THE JOURNEY

Before the Law,
There Was the Experience.

01
EARLY FOUNDATIONS

Resilience Came First.

Jay's story begins in Harrison, New Jersey. Raised in a working-class family by Cuban immigrant parents, his childhood included the challenges of divorce, low-income housing, and relying on welfare.

Those early experiences introduced him to resilience, responsibility, and the reality that circumstances do not have to determine the final outcome.

02
THE POWER OF MINDSET

One Word Changed His Thinking.

At 18, Jay was given a simple rule at his first job. Whenever someone asked how he felt, he had to answer with one word:

“Terrific.”

If he didn't, he owed a quarter to the office jar. What appeared to be a small exercise became an early introduction to the influence mindset can have on the way we approach our lives.

03
RESPONSIBILITY

Leadership Became Necessary.

By 20, Jay was raising a family of his own. Providing for his wife and two sons gave goals an entirely different meaning.

Achievement was no longer simply about personal ambition. It meant responsibility, consistency, and producing outcomes for people who depended on him.

04
CORPORATE SUCCESS

Goals Became Projects.

At 28, Jay entered the corporate world and began a career that would eventually span more than 30 years of project management experience.

He went on to manage multimillion-dollar projects involving major corporations including T-Mobile, Tellabs, Sprint PCS, Ericsson, and Nokia.

In an environment where deadlines, budgets, dependencies, obstacles, and measurable results mattered, achievement could not simply be hoped for. It had to be managed.

05
THE SPARK OF COACHING

Inspiration Wasn't Enough.

An early mentor helped Jay develop his ability to speak before groups in 1992. Years later, that experience would become important to his coaching work.

In 2019, while teaching a two-week online class on manifesting, Jay noticed something that changed his direction: even after seven days, most participants were not achieving the results they hoped for.

THE REALIZATION People needed more than inspiration.
They needed a structured, repeatable system.
THE CREATION

From Experience
to Methodology.

Decades of lessons began to converge into a system.

01 THE INSIGHT Something Was Missing

Motivation alone was not consistently moving people from intention to results.

02 THE SYSTEM Mynifest®

A fresh approach was developed to move beyond surface-level motivation.

03 THE METHODOLOGY Law of Achieved™

The framework expanded into a principle-driven methodology for purposeful achievement.

THE RESULT

The Law of Achieved™

The methodology ultimately organized the achievement process around four connected branches.

01 INTERNALIZE the MIND
02 REGULATE the OBSTACLE
03 EXTERNALIZE the BODY
04 OUTCOME VIA MYNIFEST
THE BELIEF

“We have control over
what we create.”

Jay's philosophy centers on conscious awareness, mindset, deliberate action, accountability, and the belief that meaningful results are created through what we repeatedly think and do.

His goal is to leave behind a body of work — tools, systems, and methods that can continue helping people pursue and achieve their goals for generations.

“If it works for me, it can work for others.”
